Where to Find Bass
Bass are always on the lookout for a place where they can both feed and have cover near them. Therefor, fishing any structure is a must. Logs, coontail, drop-offs, lily pads, cattails, reeds, boulders, and weedlines are some of the many places bass love to hang out. Bays and points are good places to start if you don't know the body of water very well. In a river, the outsides of bends and below rapids are key places to fish.
The above picture shows many good places to fish when fishing an unknown lake.
