• Pornography/ Sexually explicit stories or images
• Pro Animal/Fish rights information and or websites
• Anti fishing messages or anything that is offensive or hateful

You may not:

• Use this site as a front-end for bulk-email spamming.
• Hot link into other sites for copyrighted images.
• Use this site for downloads of software.
• Resell any part of Thefishfinder. Fishnation or the Fishticker
• Attempt to obstruct activity of any other member
• Use this site as a launch pad to other sites via Search Engine Spamming  (IE: doorway pages , refresh pages, keyword laden pages with little or no content)
• Use this site to spam Usenet groups and other message boards.
• Attempt to "hack" any part of this site.
• Conduct illegal activities

What you can do:

You may use your free web site  for displaying your fishing expertise, fishing products for sale, fishing reports/tips, fishing inventions and just about anything fishing related.

Outages, Acts of God and other things occur from time to time that can affect access to this domain. Member agrees to indemnify OPW, Thefishfinder, Fish Nation, Fish Ticker and or it's assigns against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the Member's use of the site.
